Why Aceterra

Sparkling water, made a little more interesting

Balsamic vinegar sparkling water, built around one honest ingredient: acetic acid.

The ingredient

Acetic acid, simply

Acetic acid is what gives vinegar its character, the same compound at the heart of balsamic. People have stirred it into water for ages, often with a meal. We just made it something worth finishing.

Balsamic, not straight ACV

Smoother than a straight shot

Acetic acid is acetic acid, whether it comes from apple cider vinegar or balsamic. We chose balsamic because it's richer and more complex — nothing sharp to mask, nothing to choke down.

No added fiber

No inulin, no added fiber

Just balsamic, real fruit, and sparkling water — nothing added that's been linked to bloating or discomfort for people with sensitive stomachs. Aceterra is a food, not a supplement. We don't make medical claims.
