What is Aceterra?
Aceterra is balsamic vinegar sparkling water. Two things, then nothing: premium sparkling water and real fruit balsamic vinegar. Aceterra comes in slim 7.5 fl oz mini cans.
Is there any alcohol in it?
No. Aceterra has no alcohol in it, a bright, easy pour for any time of day.
Is there added sugar or sweetener?
No added sugar and no artificial sweeteners. The fruit and the balsamic do the work.
How should I drink it?
Chilled and straight from the can is lovely. It also makes a beautiful base for a premium mocktail , over ice with citrus or fresh herbs.
What's the difference between Dark and White Balsamic?
Dark Balsamic flavors are barrel-aged and run deeper and jammier. White Balsamic flavors are pressed light and run paler, brighter and crisper.
